Too Much Good Cheer and Beer This Christmas?

Starting from Thanksgiving on I've done nothing but get my Betty Crocker on. From Bourbon Balls, family recipe cookies and fudge to Oreo cookie balls to salted caramel martinis and a ton of entertaining. All of this fun and indulgence has landed a good 10 extra pounds I declared battle on and lost back in March of 2016.  I figure we have two choices when faced with holiday weight gain, lament and hang your head low on your walk of shame to the gym or you could say, hey, I have a ton of memories and had lots of satisfied guests with all those calorie laden happy treats, so here's to a great season, now onto a health cleanse and metabolic jump start to undo all that cheer and beer!

MY PLAN

1). Set a realistic goal

15 pounds lighter by June 17
( I'm attending a summer wedding that I need to look great for)

2). Water with lemon, green tea and sassy water are my main beverages.  (Gotta sacrifice the beer, cheer and wine for a bit)

3). Intermittent fasting. Choose an 8 hour bracket to eat 1500-1600 healthy calories in and 16 hours to sleep and drink said beverages in only. My 16 hour fasting choice works out to be from 4 or 5 PM until 8 or 9 AM

4). Two a day HIIT workouts, just like in highschool! Lots of weight lifting and core strengthening workouts 5-6 times a week. Always use proper form and modifications

5). Oh and the dreaded before pics.... A must do because the during and after pictures are not only a motivation tool but also a great finishing prize!
